Not sure where to begin? Here are some of the most commonly asked questions during the planning process

First and foremost, wedding pricing can be found HERE. There are three different wedding packages on offer, and there is a wide range of add-ons and extras! If you dream it, we can make it happen! You can find my pricing for other events below as well.

  • I charge $300 for the first hour of a background music performance, then $75 for each succeeding hour.

  • Every event within an hour of the Fort Wayne Area has no travel fee! I will also travel to Cleveland OH and the surrounding areas for a flat $50 travel fee.

    All other cities and locations will be charged $.50 cents per mile in travel fees.

  • Yes! I am open to traveling, and I am always excited to see new venues and play in new spaces. I am open to traveling throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Southern Michigan! I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and I never mind a reason to head to my hometown.

  • Yes! I know a handful of other musicians in the area who enjoy doing weddings and events as well! If you have a duet or trio in mind, please reach out and I will work with you to find another musician!

  • Yes! However, the harp is very sensitive to extreme temperatures and precipitation. As long as there is a rain plan in place for outdoor events, and the venue has a covered or shady space of for setup, I am comfortable moving forward. I also own a canopy tent that can be set up to help provide shade over the harp for a small additional fee.

  • Absolutely! I ask for 4-6 weeks advanced notice to make sure the piece is performance ready, but I love learning new songs! If you have a special song in mind for any part of your event, I will do my best to make it happen. We can customize a setlist to include the songs that mean the most to you!   • This can vary, but a typical ceremony will have between 4 to 6 songs that will act as the background to all of your big moments! I chat with each of my couples, and determine these details as part of the booking process.

    As for the music during the prelude, I am happy to put together that playlist! Weddings are already decision overload, and the last thing I want is to make you choose 30 minutes of music that you won’t even be around to hear! However, if you’re after a certain vibe, or if there are artists or styles of music you don’t care for and want me to skip, I can accommodate these requests.

  • The harp photos are a completely optional extra that I like to include as a thank you for booking with me! Some couples enjoy snapping a couple quick pictures, as it makes for a unique and beautiful photo memory. However, if they are not your vibe, it is no problem at all to skip them!
